The communications program for the community is a  program of honest two-way communication. The Board and Regional Commissioner will evaluate this program and strive to improve on it. Communications and public relations go hand in hand.

• The Regional Commissioner or a representative will attend at least one town board meeting per year.

•  The Regional Commissioner or Field/Equipment director will stay in regular communication with the Director of Parks and Recreation for New Hartford.

•  The Board or appropriate representative will receive appropriate approval for all use of school property and will have all AYSO directed communications approved for distribution by the District Superintendant or designee.

•  The Board or appropriate representative will notify Police/Fire of any event which may necessitate any extra or unusual attention by the Police or Fire Department.

•  The Board/Representative will communicate and cooperate with the New Hartford Soccer Booster program in a partnership to promote soccer in the Town of New Hartford.
